Waar blijft de e-health-revolutie? De verwachtingen rondom digitale zorg zijn al jaren hooggespannen. Is het een hype of gaat e-health onze gezondheid en de zorg aanzienlijk verbeteren? 'We kunnen straks alles van jouw lichaam op afstand monitoren om te voorkomen dat je ziek wordt.' De patiënt meet zelf zijn hartritme, bloeddruk en gewicht. De data worden daarna via een app doorgestuurd, waarna algoritmes en specialisten de data interpreteren en advies geven.
